Bid Contracts

Members & Vendors can find the Notification of Award for awarded contracts by searching for a specific contract. Once the desired contract is found, click on the contract to be redirected to the Bid Information page. There, users can select “Notification of Award xx/xx/xx” under the section titled Documents.

Vendors can request bid packages for Available contracts only by clicking on the desired contract. Vendors will be redirected to the Bid Information page for the selected contract where they can click on “Bid Package Request” and submit their request after completing the required information.

IMPORTANT: If a contract listing comes up as greyed/whited out, users can still click on it to access contract information.
